Our vehicles are imported directly from Japan and are sold with their import paperwork. We do not provide a state title or registration. Titling, registration, inspection and insurance are the buyer's responsibility.
These vehicles were not manufactured to U.S. safety or emissions standards for new vehicles. Under federal rules, vehicles at least 25 years old are exempt from FMVSS import requirements, and vehicles at least 21 years old in original configuration are exempt from EPA emissions import requirements.
Laws on kei trucks and other imported vehicles vary by state and change over time, and some states limit or prohibit their use on public roads. Please check with your state's motor vehicle agency before you buy. Not being able to title or register a vehicle is not grounds for a refund. See our Terms of Sale.
